I love to read the stories of those who chose to join the Church. For seven years I honored them by hosting the International Hug a Convert Day, on the first Sunday in June. Surrounding that day, I posted conversion stories sent to me from all over the world. They are beautiful, courageous, and inspiring.

The First International Hug a Convert Day consisted of a simple blog post, paying tribute to converts. What followed was the genesis of what it eventually become. There are dozens of conversion stories shared in the comment section of this post.
Had I known at the time that I would receive so many, I would have broken them all out as individual posts at the time. Those listed above were done retro-actively.
